Species, breed, age, the full vaccination history and the travel status are already there, so a question does not begin with twenty questions back. Quick-ask buttons cover breed health risks, travel readiness, what is due next and a symptom check.
A symptom check comes back as one of three: urgent, meaning a vet today; monitor, meaning the next 24 to 48 hours; or routine. Send a photo of a rash, a wound or an eye and it describes what it sees.
It answers in the language you write in, German or English, and the chat is saved per pet so you can pick up where you left off. It stays on pet topics, and every answer carries a note that it is not veterinary advice.
